Enjoy a culinary 4-course menu on the 7th day of the week. The kitchen team of the Wald & Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe creates a monthly changing menu for your (lunch and dinner) with the following mottos:

Boris Rommel invites you into his kitchen: You can not only take a look at the gourmet kitchen, but you can cook here yourself. The preparation of your 4-course menu will give you at least as much pleasure as the subsequent dinner together. Benefit from the tips and tricks of a 2-star chef and immerse yourself in the world of star gastronomy.

Start: 13:00 clock

End of the cooking class: approx. 17:00, followed by aperitif and dinner in the restaurant. We gladly welcome accompanying persons for an aperitif.
