Our Promise of Quality

The land of Hohenlohe is known as the delicacies-counter of Baden-Württemberg. That is why we have the best products right in front of our doors and serve them to our guests in form of delicious dishes.

Sustainable culinary pleasure and quality – these are our guiding principles. We have respect for the environment and nature and give our best to ensure our high standard on regionality and seasonality. Our contact persons are on-site, the delivery routes are short and we always get fresh products of best quality.

The rich breakfast-buffet in the morning is already packed with wonderful products from Hohenlohe: delightful smelling bread that was baked at the nearby “Hofgut Hermersberg”, delicious jams of best quality from our hotel-kitchen, manually produced sorts of cheese, exquisite ham and sausages from local producers. Those are only a few of Boris Rommel’s favorites.


Our basement is filled with finest wines of domestic wine makers who press the red and white grapes of the wine yards of Hohenlohe – for example Trollinger, Schwarzriesling, Lemberger, Spätburgunder, Samtrot, Muskat-Trollinger or white wines like Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Kerner, Traminer, Muskateller, Weißburgunder and Grauburgunder.

By the way: Boris Rommel also likes to use the tasty wild herbs that grow in the garden of the hotel .
