Michelin-Star Chef Boris Rommel and his outstanding team spoil their guests in all four unique restaurants: On top of all of them is the Gourmet-Restaurant “Le Cerf” with the "Chef’s Table Room", that inspires gourmet enthusiasts from all over the world. In the cozy restaurant “Jägerstube” and on the terrace “Hirschterasse”, when the sun is shining. Here you will dicover classical regional dishesprepared and served in a refined version. The modern Spa-Bistro offers light and tasty dishes on the menus. In the rustic “Waldschänke” you can enjoy traditional swabian dishes.
