Five different options await you on the grounds of the Wald & Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe, all under direction of our star chef Boris Rommel.
Our gourmet restaurant Le Cerf with its tapestries and rugs, silver and crystal is also a feast for the eyes. Our kitchen pampers connoisseurs of great food in an elegant atmosphere with the classics of French cuisine, reinterpreted and distinguished by Boris Rommel’s signature. In our Chef’s Table you will enjoy your gourmet dinner in privacy and experience the preparation of your food and the dishes other guests in an intimate setting. With only a glass partition between you and the Schloss kitchen, you’ll experience everything up close.
The Waldschänke is invitingly rustic. In winter, an oven provides comforting warmth; in summer, guests are drawn to the sun terrace. The delicious cuisine is mainly regional and perfectly combined with the regional wines of our winegrowers.
The Jägerstube restaurant serves the finest regional cuisine from a highly distinctive menu: rainbow trout and game, mushroom dishes and fine cuts of pork and beef are among the classics of the à la carte restaurant. The Jägerstube’s bucolic charm, with its benches lining the walls, invites guests to enjoy and linger in the cozy atmosphere.
The Flammerie offers delectable tarte flambée with assorted toppings,
light wellness meals such as “healthy bowls” are prepared fresh for you at the Spa Bistro.
